Rep Power: 0  | Re: And it's over... According to the AP and Cnn.com -- Kerry called President Bush this morning to concede both Ohio, and the Presidency. Whether you're happy or not...it's over. I, for one, am thankful for that...rather than having it drug out for weeks, months, etc.
