I wasn't very old when he was in office, nor did I pay attention in high school history but I'm learning much about him and his contributions now.......gotta say, well said.

kb, he was the first president I ever voted for. I believe it was 1988.
I thought I was all grown up - going to vote in the presidential elections for my very first time :P

Wasn't it 1981- 1989? If so, then I didn't vote in that last election. It must have been for Bush that I voted for in my first election.

No he left office in 88 hun Gb was elected in 88. Reagan won the 80' and the 84' election, 84' he beat out the Mondale Ferarro ticket.. 80' it was Jimmy Carter
