Well, I was involved on the periphery of the piece done at our local World Gym with Bob Clapp. It is on HBO Real Sports -- the most complete and contrite piece done on gear use, EVER. Extremely positive, in fact the reporter has signed up for the program and has already sent his blood test results, he comes in October for his initial training.

Hope you all get to see it, I've know it was coming for sometime, but hesitated posting just in case they spun it out of control.

Can you guess who darthness is in the show?

In a tell-all book that made headlines this spring, former baseball star Jose Canseco wrote about the positive effects of steroids in reasonable doses. Was he right? darth -- bob clapp is that guy out in AZ right? the new times did a piece on him a couple years ago -- very well done, exceptionally balanced reporting.

yes, he's at world gym here in phoenix. do what you can to see the HBO piece, I'll try to get it on video and hold on to it for your next trip home. it was unbelievablly positive, we are really excited. Also, the ratings on the piece are rising and Bob and crew will be invited back for a follow up should they hit a certain point.

Kind of a hot time to come home.

I'll be in Mass. to visit family and catch up to my wife and kids next week (they've been back for a month), my wife flies back with me, right now it's on TIVO, so I'll need her to help me get it onto a video tape. We'll be back on the 11th. yeah, yeah I know she know more about that crap than me, big deal. If I can get it on tape, I'll get you my cell # and we can hook up at World's if you want to meet Bob and the guys from the show.

humidity in AZ is nothing like humidity in the rest of the country. i'll take AZ heat any day of the week.

and i can't wait to be back...slamd we're going to have to hook up a bbq!!
