They were nailed for false advertising. The government actually found study showing that those taking a placebo actually lost more weight than those taking Xenadrine.

The largest fine was levied against two marketers of Xenadrine EFX, made by New Jersey-based Nutraquest, Inc., formerly known as Cytodyne Technologies. The marketers will pay at least $8 million and as much as $12.8 million. A federal lawsuit has been filed in Newark, N.J. The marketer was identified as RTC Research & Development, LLC, based in Manasquan, N.J.

I've used cytodyne supplements in the past... they worked great when they had ephedra in them. Once they took out the ephedra, the pills did not work anymore.

this is true of most diet drugs on the market. Some of the guggul products work, IMO, but nothing replaces good ol' ECA

Lipo 6 is decent. I actually get a nice boost in energy, and it does curb my appetite. As far as fat loss I haven't noticed much. Nothing works like ECA except clen and T3 combo.

Ah, Ephedrine HCL! Available at truckstops throughout the continental US. Because, you know those truckers are HIGHLY succeptible to asthma.

Most truckstops have ephedra free ephedra. WTF?? LOL Have you found it at a truck stop since October? Most places removed it at that time due to a nationwide bulletin put out by the DEA

In Jersey, I've got it as recently as july or august. Now I order those 8 mg tabs online from Canada. I've realize that 16 mg works perfectly for me, 25 being a little high. I work long hours and train a lot, so for me, its used intermittently for energy and alertness. Maybe 3-4x a week, one dose on those days.
