The RFA suit pays $11.88 and EFX suit doesn't have a dollar amount listed but states it should be equal to the retail purchase price of 1 bottle(what ever that is). It says that you don't need actual receipt of purchase, but you basically risk purjury(if that's how it's spelled) if you are untruthful.Deadline is August 31st,06
