I want to say that I could have walk away with NO charges, but that would have meant rolling and believe me I was in a position to roll big time, I think I was a result of Ike's rolling actually, though myself I was NEVER a source. I sucked it up and faced the music hired a great attorney and got a break. I was charged with intent to deliver simply due to the amount I had for personal use (a year's worth of gear)...I was seriously facing 5 years in the early stages of negotiations, but I continued to play the "family card"...I communicated personally with the DA and all worked out fairly well.

If all goes well I will get my probation terminated in 5 yrs...see you then.

Damn that sucks bro. Glad things work out the best they could for you. Family comes first and at least you get to be with yours.

It does concern me that you got railroaded for that amount of gear. I used to keep that much on hand but I won't be doing that anymore.

its a sad day for me. rugger is one of the best bros i have ever met. dont know if he remebers but he answered a lot of ?s for me when i was a newb back at triedia and i followed him to anasci for that reason. he thought enough of me to give me my first modding job at anasci...

he was cool enought to let me and angel stay the nite in his house while we were passing through to padre. never have met us before being strangers to him, and opended his door to us no problem.

to me he is a great person and more than that i consider him a great friend! you already have been and will continue to be missed my friend. cya soon!

I was really excited to see your posting here yesterday (on this to me new board). I firts met you at Triedia where you were a MOD and I helped you with the identification of some yellowtops long ago. Than you opened Anasci which was IMO the best board ever. That place really felt like family..It was a small community but i had a great time there. I even wear the Anasci Shirt to the Gym a minimum of once a week:)..
