Farewell from Rugger

OK, everybody who knows Rugger, knows hes a very good bro and very knowledgeable on top of that. Most of those whom were close know that hes experiencing legal issues as of right now. He just called to say that he will not be on ANY boards for a LOOONG time to come, if ever at all. He was charged with a 1st degree felony, just like rape and murder. He got off with probation, if he revokes it he will be forced to serve minimum 15 years to life in prison. One of his stipulations is that he can only use the internet for business purposes only, so the boards are not a priority or an option for him. He was very lucky to get only probation, and he will be missed indeed. Sad day for me and his friends.

BTW, he seemed pretty excited that he will be able to have dinner with his family tonight.

Thanks. I figure one last post won't hurt...

I want to say that I could have walk away with NO charges, but that would have meant rolling and believe me I was in a position to roll big time, I think I was a result of Ike's rolling actually, though myself I was NEVER a source. I sucked it up and faced the music hired a great attorney and got a break. I was charged with intent to deliver simply due to the amount I had for personal use (a year's worth of gear)...I was seriously facing 5 years in the early stages of negotiations, but I continued to play the "family card"...I communicated personally with the DA and all worked out fairly well.

If all goes well I will get my probation terminated in 5 yrs...see you then.

p.s. I spent a whole 2 hours in jail, not a minute more...I love my attorney! :)
