3rd time sick in 2 weeks

It started 2 weeks ago when I picked my 18 month old boy up from daycare. He was sick with a stomach virus. 2 days later I had it. Just when I was getting over that, I got pink eye, and now, I have a horrid cold and cough. I had to come off my diet and get some solid food in me. I've been taking all my vitamins, supps, etc. My immune system is just non existant right now I guess.

I've managed to train 2 out of the four days I've been sick. I just hate to miss the the gym during pre contest. Last night I got up around midnight because I could'nt stop coughing and went to the store and got something to help me sleep. I came home and ate so much chicken and rice that it made me sick. Woke up this morning and had more chicken and rice. I am going to eat alot of veggies today too. Hopefully I'll be over this crap by this weekend so I can hammer down on my diet.

I practiced posing last night and at 8 weeks out I am well ahead of the game IMO. I almost feel like I am dieting too soon. Oh well, don't wanna jinx myself.

Ugh - that sucks big time - being sick during prep is the WORST.

Take care of yourself - no contest is worth sacrificing your health - trust me on that.

What compounds are you on right now? Steroids are known to lower ones immune system........

If you cough more while lying down it usually means you have fluid in your lungs. Drinking lots of water should help prevent that.

I felt better until I read this crap!! LOL

It's 11pm here, and once again I cannot sleep. I cough more at night when I try to lay down. After reading this it makes me wanna take an aldactone and a lasix.

I have never taken so long to get over a common cold/cough.

I am on GH, Tren (last shot monday) EQ, T3, Adex, Nolva, Proscar. I will be switching to Primobolan this week in place of Tren. I need something a little more mild. The tren was giving me some lower back pain.

Thanks for being concerned guys & gals! =)
