my kids use the laptop so they can take it around the house but I still like the desk top for the key board and big monitor

pc is better. Anything messes up on the laptop pain and $$$ to fix. Can't upgrade your video card which really sucks crap. But it really depends on what you are going to use it for. If its for games and stuff like that, I'd stick to a PC

We use a laptop, but I wish I had both...we travel back and forth a lot so its great for that purpose, but I think I'm too hard on it cause I use it everyday.

i have used a laptop and i have a pc now and i prefer the pc over the lap top...they also seem to be faster in general...just going off playing around on my buds comps and shit liek that though
