Just Me

I signed on my e-bay account yesterday ,and someone had listed a dirt bike under my name ,,i was like WTF...I contacted e-bay and i took it off,,,today e-bay took off the listing charge ,but told me to change my pasword,

How could someone get into my acctount????

If its that imporant for someone to list something under my name what or how would it benifet them????

Some one could of hacked your account, I guess. Kinda like when people hack porn sites and get the USERNAMES and PW's. I imagine its just as easy.

Dont know why or who would do it though....

make the pass word longer and use some capital letters and numbers in it.............atleast 12 characters

Yup, use a pass PHRASE instead of a word. Kinda like this: :)

better do a scan in case you have downloaded a trojan such as a keylogger which can show what keys you press at another computer, it is becoming fairly common. Try a program such as Roboform which can generate passwords for you and it is free can get it at RoboForm: Password Manager, Form Filler, Password Generator, Fill & Save Forms
