I'd like one of those, but I can't justify purchasing a new mouse as long as the old one is still working perfectly.

The old one is a Logitech 3-button serial Mouseman from 1995!!! Damn thing just won't quit. Oldest, and most reliable piece of computer hardware I've ever owned. In nine years, I've only had to take it apart and clean it twice, and that's in my dust and cat hair filled environment. It's still smooth as greased glass.

So, if new Logitech products are still as good as the old ones were, be prepared for a long, long relationship with your new toy!

One of the most lidiculous, overpriced items I ever bought was the Microsoft cordless Bluetooth Keyboard and mouse. They go through a shitload of batteries between the two. Wish I had went your route, and stuck w/ optical mouse :rant2:
