Forbidden error, need help por favor

so i switch to highspeed internet, yea i know about time.
anyways, i now have sympatico. eversince i got it, i've been having trouble viewing sites which i've always been able to view. i've searched the internet for possible reasons, and coming up with nothing. but from what i've read it may have something to do with the site keeping my ip addy or retaining something, so when i visit the site the second time it thinks i'm already logged in...something about cache and cookies maybe? but i've cleared them both, and still i'm getting the following error. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Im looking, but the problem with this is that Im not familiar with sympatico. There are several ways to clear your cache and TI files, but Im trying to find out why its not letting you on.

i've spoke to other webmasters at other sites, they suggest the hosting provider is the reason.

www.infoprosjoint.net is an excellent place to go for stuff like this. Most of the guys there are IT guys or programmer for larger corporations and usually always have an answer for me that fixes my problem.

Did you ever get this figured out? Im not seeing an fix that doesnt require a cache cleaner and registry scan.

the problem was the webmaster actually blocked sympatico users, everything is good now
