I do drink water throughout the day. But not as much as I was before I started taking the 4Derm and M1T. Honestly I don't know. I was just checking my abs and I'm keeping a little water weight under the skin but not 14 pounds worth.

You using creatine? because a lot of water is being held in joints and muscles

No Creatine at all. I'm thinking about stopping the 4Derm for the next week to see what happens. Also I'm gonna start some good cardio tonight.

Back of waist pic from start to 1 week of M1T

Hard to see but the fat around the waist is actually down.

After the weekend I weighed in at 199lbs today. I didn't eat a ton this weekend but the weight stayed the same and I can tell some of the water in my abs is gone. Worked Chest and Back on Saturday and added weights to all exercises! A little bit of a V shape is starting to poke through!

My side are slim to none but I'm taking stuff to make sure of that.

Loss of appetite - B12 or B-Complex will help
Heart rate - Hawthorn Berry
Liver - Milk Thistle
Cramps - Potassium
sex drive - 4Derm

Cool Woohoo for M1T!!

I started my M1T cycle on Monday, 20 Sept... I love this stuff. I've been adding weight to the exercises, and I notice a big difference in my whole mood and confidence level. Here's my routine...

3 Week M1T Cycle, 2 week PCT, rotating that schedule.

M1T Cycle:
Week 1: Taking 5mg a day
Week 2/3: Taking 10mg a day. May increase to 15mg on the 3rd week. My first time using M1T - so I'm going to gradually edge my way into it. I always have more cycles to add more.

PCT Cycles:
Tribulus, ZMA and 6-OXO.

>>As for sides with M1T - Thus far I havent had any. I can tell you I feel like ripping walls down when I'm in the gym. The overall confidence is awesome. I'm a pretty small guy. 5'9", 135 lbs. Goal after I go thru my cycles and finalize everything is to hit 150-160 and maintain. If I go higher - I'll only be happier! I'm eating 6 meals a day... Morning is 3 Egg omelette w/ Ham and Cheese. 2nd: Nitro-Tech Protein shake w/ grapes or bananas, 3rd: Tuna sandwich and peanut butter sandwich. 4th: Chow hall food (Usually 2 Chicken Breast and veggies w/ rice). 5th: Ham, Turkey, Cheese sandwich w/ apple or orange. 6th: Cottage cheese before bed. I usually drink from 8-16oz of water per meal.

As for lifting, I keep it pretty simple. Actually almost the same routine Kosmo does. I'm in the Air Force - so we just got bowflew in the building... I'm going to hit that hard. Let me know any recommendations - and motivation is always a nice help!! :) Later guys.
