Tuna Complex Carbs Chicken Turkey Beans Brown Rice 3 protein Shakes with Whey, Banana, 1 cup oats, 8oz milk, 3-5mg creatine Food Schedule M-F 7am Protein Shake 8am Breakfast noon Lunch 3pm Lunch/Big snack 6pm Protein Shake 6:30pm Workout 8pm Protein Shake and Dinner 10 pm Cottage Cheese before bed Food Schedule S-S 7am Protein Shake 8am Breakfast noon Protein Shake 12:30 Workout 2pm Protein Shake 3:30pm Lunch 7pm Dinner 8pm Snack (fruit) 10 pm Cottage Cheese before bed |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Well I applied my first 200mg of 4derm last night. I only sprayed and rubbed it in on my chest, shoulders and arms. I did not put any on the legs? Also worked out Shoulders and Arms last night: Shoulders Standing overhead press Arnold Presses Upright Rows Shrugs Arms Seated dumbbell curls Preacher Curls Alternating dumbbell curls Close Grip Bench Overhead Tri Extensions Parallel Dips Woke up ths morning and applied todays first dose of 200mg. weighed in @ 185lbs. Will apply my second dose tonight after cardio and a shower. |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | you cycle and training seems okay for a guy that trains NATURALLY. I mean if you don't want to take the real stuff then refrain from taking transdermal patches and the like. It simply doesn't work. this is my 2 cents though but I'm pretty sure everybody will agree. |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Week 1- 10 synthol only Workout watch tony little infomertials from the couch as I drink my 1000 grm protien shake. cardio run back and fourth to the kitchen loading up on salt tabs, i hear sodiums really good if your on the juice! ...lol just teasing ya man, welcome to xtrememass.......... |
