M1t, 4AD cycle (2on, 2pct, 2on, 4pct)

I will begin my UL M1T/4Derm stack on the 19th. In the last 6 or seven weeks I have cut roughly 10 lbs of fat before I decided to do this. My cycle will look like this(First week I will ease into M1T)(thinking about adding Garlic)

Week 1- Cycle Part 1
Thu:5mg M1T, 400mg 4 Derm, Milk Thistle, B-12, Eat Bananas in each shake for potassium
Fri:10mg M1T, 400mg 4 Derm, Milk Thistle, B-12, Eat Bananas in each shake for potassium
Sat:10mg M1T, 400mg 4 Derm, Milk Thistle, B-12, Eat Bananas in each shake for potassium
Sun:10mg M1T, 400mg 4 Derm, Milk Thistle, B-12, Eat Bananas in each shake for potassium
Mon:15mg M1T, 400mg 4 Derm, Milk Thistle, B-12, Eat Bananas in each shake for potassium
Tue:15mg M1T, 400mg 4 Derm, Milk Thistle, B-12, Eat Bananas in each shake for potassium
Wed:20mg M1T, 400mg 4 Derm, Milk Thistle, B-12, Eat Bananas in each shake for potassium
Week 2
Thu-Wed:20mg M1T, 400mg 4 Derm, Milk Thistle, B-12, Eat Bananas in each shake for potassium

Week 3 - PCT Part 1
Thu-Wed:40mg-Nolva, 500mg 6-oxo, Milk Thistle
Week 4 PCT
Thu-Wed:40mg-Nolva, 400mg 6-oxo, Milk Thistle

Week 5 Cycle Part 2
Thu:10mg M1T, 400mg 4 Derm, Milk Thistle, B-12, Eat Bananas in each shake for potassium
Fri:10mg M1T, 400mg 4 Derm, Milk Thistle, B-12, Eat Bananas in each shake for potassium
Sat:10mg M1T, 400mg 4 Derm, Milk Thistle, B-12, Eat Bananas in each shake for potassium
Sun-Wed:20mg M1T, 400mg 4 Derm, Milk Thistle, B-12, Eat Bananas in each shake for potassium
Week 6

Week 7 - PCT Part 2

Thu-Wed:30mg-Nolva, 100mg 6-oxo, Milk Thistle
Week 10 PCT

Workout
S - Legs, Abs
M - OFF
T - Chest, Back (Speed Day - concentrate on form and burst)
W - Shoulders, Arms (Max Effort)
T - HITT Cardio
F - OFF
S - Chest, Back (Max Effort)

Exercises:

Squats
Calf Raises
Lunges

Abs
Hip Raises (ankle weights)
Negative Sit-up (Weight Plate)
Rowing Crunch (ankle weights)

Shoulders
Overhead Press
Arnold Press
Shrug
Upright Row

Arms
Incline Dunbbell Curl
Preacher or Barbell curl (alternate weeks)
Alternating or Hammer dumbbell curls (alternate weeks)
Close Grip Bench
Seated Overhead Tri Ext
Dumbbell Kickbacks
Parallel Dip (weight plate) End the day with this til failure.

Chest
Flat Bench
Incline Dumbbell Bench
Dumbbell Flyes

Back
Wide grip barbell row
Romanian Deadlift
Lat Pulldowns
Seated Row

Eat roughly 4000 calories a day.
Tuna
Complex Carbs
Chicken
Turkey
Beans
Brown Rice
3 protein Shakes with Whey, Banana, 1 cup oats, 8oz milk, 3-5mg creatine

Food Schedule M-F
7am Protein Shake
8am Breakfast
noon Lunch
3pm Lunch/Big snack
6pm Protein Shake
6:30pm Workout
8pm Protein Shake and Dinner
10 pm Cottage Cheese before bed

Food Schedule S-S
7am Protein Shake
8am Breakfast
noon Protein Shake
12:30 Workout
2pm Protein Shake
3:30pm Lunch
7pm Dinner
8pm Snack (fruit)
10 pm Cottage Cheese before bed

Well I applied my first 200mg of 4derm last night. I only sprayed and rubbed it in on my chest, shoulders and arms. I did not put any on the legs?

Also worked out Shoulders and Arms last night:
Shoulders
Standing overhead press
Arnold Presses
Upright Rows
Shrugs

Arms
Seated dumbbell curls
Preacher Curls
Alternating dumbbell curls
Close Grip Bench
Overhead Tri Extensions
Parallel Dips


Woke up ths morning and applied todays first dose of 200mg. weighed in @ 185lbs. Will apply my second dose tonight after cardio and a shower.

Everythignwas in so I'll start a few days early. Last night I applied 200mg of 4Derm and took 5mg M1T.

This morning I applied 200mg of 4Derm and took 5mg M1T.

Weighed in at 185.5lbs

you cycle and training seems okay for a guy that trains NATURALLY. I mean if you don't
want to take the real stuff then refrain from taking transdermal patches and the like. It simply doesn't work.

this is my 2 cents though but I'm pretty sure everybody will agree.

Heck I agree with you but for me in my head for some reason I feel I need to do this before I start the real stuff. Hey I know it sounds crazy but if this is what it takes to get my mind in the right frame then this is what I have to do. I guess it's a mental thing for me right now? If I started taking the real stuff and my mind wasn't in it and I was timid one bit it is counter productive, so as I said it may sound stupid but it's just a step I have to take.


Fri night:
5mg M1T
200mg 4Derm

Sat Morning:
7.5mg M1T
200mg 4Derm

Weighed in this am after poo at 186lbs.


Worked Chst and Back today. (BEST CHEST AND BACK COMBO I'VE EVER HAD!!!!)
All these gains are probably just from a mental aspect of thinking I can do them now, but at least their gains..


Bench - Added 10 lbs
Incline Dumbbell - Added 5lbs each
Dumbbell Flyes - Added 5lbs each

Bent Over Rows - Added 10lbs
Lat Pulldowns - Added 5lbs
Deadlift - Added 10 lbs

Sat night:
7.5mg M1T
200mg 4Derm

run back and fourth to the kitchen loading up on salt tabs, i hear sodiums really good if your on the juice!
