I had planned on 6 more weeks of this cycle, but I don't know how much longer I can keep sticking myself every day and having it hurt for the rest of the week. Plus I am running out of places to stick that aren't still sore. DaMN!

Week 4 of Test propionate and week 9 of the overall cycle. I have lost about 2 inches from my waist and gained 10 lbs of muscle so far. I have about 1.5 weeks left of T3 and it has made a huge difference. My time in the gym is up to about 1.5 hours a day and .5 hour of cardio a day. I have cut out all simple carbs with the exception of one cheat day. My strength and stamina are way up and I am very pleased with my cycle results so far.

A side note, I will never do quad injections again. After limping around for 5 days after the injection I decided it is just too painful. I tried the lateral quad and the medial quad on both legs spaced about a week apart for each shot, about 8-10 inches above the knee.
