an injection first

I did an ass injection today and everything went smooth as normal, but when I pulled the needle out a squirt of blood came shooting out, just like something out of a movie. my question is, do you think I hit a vein, or went through a vein on the way into the needles final destination? I aspirated and nothing came out, just makes me a little worried. any insight on this situation would be greatly appreciated.

you prob just passed through a vein if you did in fact aspirate. either your way in or out. if you dont feel lightheaded or anything by now you are fine. this does happen though. that is why aspirating is so important, that way you know for a fact you didnt inject into a vein

your alright just passed thru a large vein that was close to surface, happens to alot of people in there delts

yeah, I always aspirate. i'm kinda paranoid in that regard. thanks for the reassurance though guys.

As long as you are aspirating, do not worry about it bro. every blue moon, this happens.

Yeah, no worries...happens to me from time to time, only in glutes though...my prob is cleaning the squirt of blood off the counter or bathroom rug...

Nothing bad at all bro, I ruined my wifes robe one day with a gusher from my glute and it landed right on her robe, got a new robe and she never even knew.....
