Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Week 1- 1/2 cc Prop with 1cc of Sup test. Test and Deca only. Save Eq for later Week 2- 1.5 cc super test Week 3- 1.5 cc supertest 3/4cc Deca 300 Week 4- 1 cc Super-t Mon. 3/4 cc Deca 300 Mon. 1 cc Super-t Thurs. Run this for next 3 weeks. Taper back weeks 3-1 to finish then some HCG for 3 weeks. It's my opinion that running deca and equipoise together is redundant. I am not a fan of propionate, in that running it consistently is beneficial. As a booster until the other test esters in the super-test activate, is o.k. like during week 1. Save your equipoise for later, like for a springtime run with winstrol and fina, or primobolan depot. Big Roy |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | for what you laid out that you have to use, i think big mike gave you a good plan. can you tell us what your daily intake of protein and carbs are gonna be? success with your cycle can only be reached by a well planned food schedule. don't count calories, set up your plan by how many gms of protein and carbs you need a day. also once you figure out how much you need, and you start gaining the muscle mass, you need to keep bumping up the protein and carbs as you progress all the way through your cycle. and you'll see good results this time. peace jedi |
