Rep Power: 4 ![]() | I have a Question about FIna Cycle and Fat Loss and Mass??? I tried the search function but it is not giveing me the information I am looking for. I would like to gain 30lbs-40lbs of muscle dureing a 3 month cycle. I have access to Tren from finaplix conversion and testosterone creame. I am planing to use 75mg of tren EOD and on the days I do not use Tren I will use the prescription testosterone creme. I plan on lifting 6 days a week. I am going to train upper body 3days a week and lower body 3 days a week. Following the High Set High Protein plan in "Keys To Progress". It basicly has you do one exercise per-body part first you go heavy 5X5 with 2 minute rest between sets. Then you do 10 Sets of 8 reps with only 30 sec. rest between set. I am looking to gain some muscle to help me burn all the fat I have gained in the last 10 years of doing very little. I am 6'2" and 348LBS. I am going to guess I am about 36% body fat. After the Fina Cycle what should I do? My ultimate goal is fat loss. THe muscle mass is just being used to fuel the furance and get me back to where I was 10 years ago! I am 32 now. Before I quite lifting I was 6'2" 224lbs. 6% BF. I did a lot of drug free powerlifting and bodybuilding before I turned into a fat slob. P.S. Would and ECA stack be a good idea to do after a 3 month cycle of Fina/Tren??? I also heard Clomid is not needed after a Fina/Tren cycle is this true? |

I am no expert but I would think that before you need to juice you should try and get your diet right. I would also get into something for aerobic activity and do more cardio. What are you planning on doing for cardio with this work out? I would do something for your aerobic and anarobic system. I take muay thai 3 days a week and run twice a week. The only weight problem I have is I can't gain it without gear. Even on a 4500-5000 cal diet. But I would try to come up with something for the mean time until you are healthy enough to juice. Rep Power: 4 ![]() | I lift on regular basis. My testosterone is borderline. Technicly it is just barely with in normaly limits. My weightloss problems are related to high estrogen levels. My estrogen levels are about almost 3 times the upper limit. My estrogen tested out at 255 the upper limit is 115 and the lower limit is 40. about 5 years ago I lost 140lbs of fat but I had to workout 8-10 hours a day. That was aerobics and weightlifting combined with protein, Creatine, Prohormones and Glutimine etc....... I just do not have the drive or time to workout that hard. With my estrogen levels that high no sane diet and exercise program will do much. I realise it is going to be a longterm theing but adding 15lbs++ of muscle mass would help raise metabolism. As for aerobics I figured I would use my eliptical machine and maybe toss in some PHA type circuit training! |
