help adding hcg in my cycle

well i am sorta confused on how to use hcg in my next cycle. i was reading that high dose or prolonged use of hcg can result in lh desensitization. i also read in a more recent article; studies show that postponing hCG usage until the end of a cycle, increases your need for a higher dose of hCG, and decreases your odds of a full recovery. As a consequence to using a higher dose of hCG, estrogen will be increased disproportionately, which then causes further HPTA suppression while increasing the risk of gyno.

as you could imagine this is all pretty confusing to my little mind. so the question is, should i use hcg at the end of my cycle, say the last 4 weeks leading up to pct or should i use it throughout the entire cycle in small doses like 100iu ed or 500iu ew.

I like to combine those two ideas. When I run for more than 8 weeks, I tend to add it in at around 500 iu e5d starting at week 9, through until 13. I never run cycles longer than 12 weeks.

yeah i am sorta leaning away from running it throughout my cycle. might use it leading up to pct or at the start of pct. not quite sure yet. same goes with letro, gonna have it on hand but not gonna run it unless i need it. i dont really expect much for sides since my dosages are pretty moderate.

Unless you're going nuts, I run everything from a cost/result analytic perspective. I do not notice significant testicular atrophy until I hit around wk 7-9, running dosages around 0.8g-1.3g total gear. When following this protocol, I find that after 30 days of full PCT I have sufficient natural test production to sustain LBM and train consistently without any risk of injury or overtraining.

Keep in mind, gear/ancillary/PCT protocols are just like the best workout program you've ever seen: geared towards a specific individual. The key is finding what works for you, to accomplish what you want to do.

P.S. letro tends to kill you cholesterol profiles, and running IGF-1 for 30 days after the cycle is an even better investment, I think, than paying the often inflated prices for HCG

500 iu once a week is fine!

Your body does not become less responsive to HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - after 5-6 weeks. If that were the case, its would not be possible to use it as HRT like many men do. I've run HCG for long periods of time (over a year at a time) and it definitely does not slow down. I'm a lightweight compared to a lot of the guys who have been on it for 5-10 years.

To your body, HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - looks like lh - leutenizing hormone - . LH is the signal to your balls to make Testosterone. Your balls making adequate amounts of Testosterone without gear is the state known as "fully recovered"...ie, the state you are trying to get to after your cycle/ So, by having your balls make Test during a cycle, the transition to having them function without gear is easier. That is the logic behind it.

Your testes stop working because the lh - leutenizing hormone - signal from the brain stops coming when the brain senses high testosterone (steroid) levels. HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - replaces this LH and keeps the testes working as normal -- no mater how much steroid you have in your body.

Think about what would happen to your muscles if you laid in bed for 16 weeks. that’s what happens to your testes when they don’t get an lh - leutenizing hormone - signal for 16 weeks…

i thought about it and decided i should prolly run a minimal dose of ai during this cycle. decided to go with arim and will also use it for pct. something like this.

test p 60mg ed 1-8
tren a 60mg ed 1-7
mast p 60mg ed 1-7
arim .25mg ed 1-11
hcg 250iu eod 6-8
clom 50mg ed 9-12
tore 60mg ed 9-12 gonna give this a try, heard good thing about it from Whitey

will have letro and caber on hand just incase.

this will be a kinda "rebound" cycle from an 8 week diet. using moderate doses and hoping to take advantage of the fact that i have havent been on gear in awhile and that i have been strictly dieting leading upto this.

on a side note i was thinking hcg and maybe even letro would be perfect for use in a short 4 week "blitz" cycle or w/e you wanna call it.
