Rep Power: 4 ![]() | cycle & diet help input !!!!!!! 500mg cynpoinate 100md fin eod 50mg winny ed i am dieting by balls of and doing cardio. i am 5"10 190 pounds at 11% body fat my metabolism is fast some days i drop down to 185 abs look good but the rest of my upper body looks flat.I am taking in carbs not a whole lot and only non starchs browns .I think i am lacking carbs but even if i start hikeing up the good carbs i still may put on fat no? or my abs my get worrest?My protein intake is high thought i could get away with little carbs there must be some balance for me I guess i am carb shook up ! FYI - i can notice changes in diet within one day of looking at my body.

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Re: cycle & diet help input !!!!!!! Its hard to say without seeing you and knowing what u are eating like aurora said. Dieting is an individual thing that is hard to pinpoint. Looking flat is the norm for me throughout a diet. But I know for a fact that when its my time to shine on stage things will be different. You just cant look your best throughout the diet when you are depleted. Just keep your head up bro |

I can go to bed a weigh 190 wake up 185 with abs the 2nd i start to eat i am back to 190 no abs.I have already figured out the sec i start loading the carbs up weight jumps body looks great but abs dont lol. I feel like the only way they come in is i starve my body which is not good ! My cycle is 13 weeks 8 on fina clomid for pct. My DIET IS LIKE THIS : wake up 9:00 oatmeal with protein in it 36 grams 20grams of carbs 10:30 myoplex low carb shake 25 grams protein 3 grams of carbs 12:00 roast beef on whole wheat bread 1:00 myoplex low carb bar 25 grams protein 3 grams carbs 2:30 another shake 3:30 another bar 5:00- xplode before gym 7:00- steak with a sweet potato i drink only water all day sometimes i put fruit in the shakes or a little gatorade
