I have this friend who is going to start his first cycle of sustanon. he is about 6'2" 210 lbs im 6' 175 i bench a few pounds more than he. it took me a year and three cycles of cyponate and enanethate. to catch up. now i dont really want to lose my my lead but my last cycle i got testicular atrophy, the worst i have ever had it and planned on quitting for the year. now he is gonna start and i dont wanna lose my lead. but i dont really want to getinto a long cycle if i do at all. i was thinking 75mg of anadrol ed i work out with 50mg of winstrol eod. on top of natrual t-boosters from vyotech..17-HD and Viraloid

so lemme get this straight. your gonna cycle drol and winny just so you can stay stronger than your friend.......that is the worst reason ever to cycle, not to mention your cycle doesnt even have a low dose of test. forget about your friend, cycle when your good and ready and for the right reasons.

Why the fuck are you competition whith your friend, that is a sure fire way to fuck you own mind up.
If you don't "win" then it will make you feel like shit, fuck that shit right there.
Stop competiting with your friend even if he tries you pressure you and wind you up, You will feel better for it.
As long as you compete with your friend you are making him your equal, become beyond competition, you ego will thank you and you will be alot happier.
I take this approach with you because I know alot of guys compete in gyms over size and strength, but when you bring steroids into it, it will just be how much steroids will the other guy take, can I match his dosage or better it. Lifting weights then is secondary concern and its dosage that will become a primary concern.
If you have had 3 cycles of test and you are only 175lbs at 6 foot, you need to look at your diet and your training seriously, you should be bout 200-210lbs.

As for the anadrol and winni, yer it will work alright, but you may as well wait a while an take a proper cycle.


By a proper cycle I mean 12 weaks of test-750+mg per week, deca/EQ-400+mg per week, first 3 weeks drol or dbol 50+mg a day.
If you eat and train right you should easy put on bout 15-20lbs of fat free muscle for a guy of your height and weight.

If you have had bad testicular atrophy, make sure after you have had a cycle of steroids you use HCG, you will find this will sort out ANY issues with your balls.
Alot of people who use gear just take clomid and novadex as PCT[post cycle therapy], but if your prone to having your balls get shut down then definitly use HCG, then comence clomid therapy.

P.S. also natural test boosters will be overriden by the steroids, so don't waste your money. Anadrol will cause alot of water retention, so some of your weight will be just water. Anadrol usualy accounts for 8lbs of water weight you will loose after end of cycle.
