so bud if i want 200 caps at 25-35mg something like 3grams winny and 75 grams of filler?

200caps times 25mg = 5000mg (or 5grams) just of winny
200caps times 35mg = 7000mg (or 7grams) just of winny

you will then to fill with a filler ... read my first post ... you will need to do your own calc .. you cant ask people cuz it might be off due to what you are mesuring for a filler ... surgar, flower, winy, corn starch, protien, detroxso .... ALL have different capacity weight ..... the amount in weight wich it takes to fill the cap ... density if you will ....
if ... (lets just say if for an example) a cap (remember only the large half) can hold a total of .39mg or flower (lets just say we are using flower for exaple) and .39 times 200 (cuz you want to make 200 caps and each will hold .39) = 78grams .... so you minus the winy powder which is either 5g or 7g (I will just use 5g) so .. 78g - 5g = 73g of flower you will need to add and to mix with your 5 grams of winny ... mix all together and each cap will have roughly 25mg winy

ok im going to use corn starch but here is my calc. using protien powder
so im wanting 350 caps at 28mg so .39 x 350=136.5g and 28mg x 350=9.8g
so 136.5 (filler) minus 9.8g(winny)=126.7

so i just need the correct weight of the filler im going to use but the calc for the winny would stay th same

yea .. thats right, only if the corn starch does really = .39 and the winny powder will be lighter then the cornstarch or any other filling .. so I add (from your calculations) 127g ... just a little extra
