Super Shake

grab a 4L jug of skim chocolate milk (drink half ) crack 2 to 3 dozen egg whites put them in shake and you have got a great tasting drink thats good for anytime. I thought it would taste like egg whites but it tastes just like chocolate milk =)

i gotta try this one....love choc. milk but the thought of 2 dozen raw egg whites makes my gag reflex kick into light speed.....i'll just have to see how it tastes....props on creativity

why not just get a milk shake an add protien to it...? if your going to drink c.milk

I am not sure there is a bb at my gym that tought me this and the guy is huge he said the egg white have a whole lot more in them then just the whey shakes and on the plus side this is a lot faster then making a shake just shake the jug a bit poor and ready to go

Yeah, I used to drink raw eggs and then I got salmanilia poisoning on day. It was in 2000 and I was working in a resteraunt. Everyday I would come in at 5am and drink a shake that included 6 or more raw eggs. It hit me about 4 or 5 hours later. Another employee found me on the floor, by the bathroom, in the fetal position. I was having stomach cramps so bad from the stuff that I collapsed. They rushed me to the hospital and I stayed there for a couple of days, hooked up to an IV...but the whole time I was in the hospital, I was on the toilet. I never shit so much in my life. Talk about pain. All it takes is one bad egg...you have been warned!

yikes.....sounds liike the last time i had mcdonalds......i think i will abstain from the egg drinking

you can drink pasteruized egg whites out of the carton though
