Thumbs up Protein Shakes YumYum !!!

It's been modernized it a bit!

Based on John McCallum's "Get Big Drink" originally published in the 1960's.

This weight gainer tastes awesome and is packed with calories and protein

“Get Big Drink” :D

1 quart milk (I use 2%)
1 cup dry milk powder
2 scoops of protein powder (or equal to about 45 grams of protein)
1/2 cup chocolate ice cream
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
3 tablespoons corn syrup
2 tablespoons malted milk powder
1 tbsp. flax seed oil
1/2 banana

Blend and refrigerate:

This batch makes about 3-4 servings. I'll drink one batch a day while on a bulk.
After it sits for a few hours, make sure you stir or shake it well because the flax seed oil will tend to separate.
The way I make it comes out to about 1800 calories a batch. Enjoy!
(76 g fat – 172 g carb and 113 g protein)

Maxacino

This is a great energy boost.

2 tablespoons - Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
11/4 cups Black Coffee
1 teaspoon - Glutamine (optional)
1 packet sweetener if you want!

Blend and mmm... ultimate pre-workout concoction and it tasted pretty good.

I added a tbsp of fat free-sugar free French vanilla cream (that’s my sweetener).

Great wake me up!!! :)

Fruity Whey Malt or Not

1/2 Pint Water
2 - 4 Scoops Whey (ideally vanilla)
1 Banana
1 Orange (or cup of fresh orange juice)
Teaspoon malt extract (optional)
Tablespoon or 2 of lemon juice (I buy it in bottles)

Blended with ice, this makes a truly tasty drink. I'd even say it is nice! And the lemon stops the banana turning brown too fast

Yummy! :)
