Protein Banana Bread.... WOW

Okay wow just made this today.

1) it's sooo damn good
2) its not bad cal/fat/carb wise

Here is the orginal version

I thought there was way to many banana's so i dropped them to many added carbs. I just used one small

I also used Banana flavored whey and no nuts or raisins

-2 scoops Unflavored whey
-1-1/3 grinded oats (flour like)
-3 mashed bananas
-2 large eggs or 3/4 cup eggwhites
-1/4 cup milk
-1/2 cup splenda (splenda tends not to make the bread rise)
-1 tsp vanilla
-1/2 tbsp baking powder
-1/2 cup walnuts
-1/2 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350... blen all together bake for 35-40 min

My verision made today with pics ...

-2 scoops Banana whey
-1-cup grinded oats (flour like, use a chopper)
-1 small mashed banana
- 3/4 cup eggwhites ( iused 3/4c egg whites)
-1/4 cup milk
-1/2 cup splenda (splenda tends not to make the bread rise)
-1 tsp vanilla
-1/2 tbsp baking powder
i added 3-4 almonds though

same cooking method and viola...

Carbs coming from 1 cup oats and Banana some milk....
