| Post Whore ![]() | Need Help Finishing tuna, chunks of ground beef and chicken covered in- ..what? I need something simple that i can just mix up and nuke at school for lunch, or eat cold even, that'd be easier any ideas?

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Okay lets see tuna..... I eat plain or i add Olive oil or Flax oil.. Quick and easy... FOR you.. Low fat mayo,ketchup, salad dressing, vinegar,bbq suace, mustard... or u could make a tuna burger The recipe is on the Board 1 egg white a little pinch of flour to mold it and just fry it up.... For chicken and beef... just buy any seasoning club house or anything just get your mom to bake it.. If your eating out of can do the same as above. My best advice is cook or ask ur mom to make one tupper ware for a weeks worth. And just take what you need .Thats what i do. But i cook my self.

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Lol no way man... and the funny thing is you still couldn't gain weight... Meal 6: Post workout Shake: -2 tbsp pb -1/3 cup of yogourt -1 scoop of allthewhey protein -1/3 cup of raw oatmeal -1 cup of 2% milk and either Chef Boyardee or 2 pieces of 12 grain toast and pb (approx 106 carbs, 50 protein, 1200 cals) Meal 7: whatever sugary snack i crave, usually cookies (approx 70 carbs, 10 protein, 700 cals) Just to refresh ur memory... Lol but ur making progress and not pissing your money away on supps good job though!@

| Post Whore ![]() | Faiz: your a jerk for reposting that :P S4L: you have an even dirtier mind than I, so i don't know whether to congrat you, or wash my hands after i touch you. And at the start of my summer I lost about 5 lbs, roughly fat. so I went down to 150 ish, but now i "wasted" my money on supps as u'd call it faiz. I tried to BSN mass stack, and it has actually worked for me, I combined it with GVT routine, and even tho I'm eating less than my normal school routine diet, I've leaned out wat little fat I got throughout the year, and I've bumped up to 160. I took a quick pic b4 I went to bed about a week ago, i was in a wifebeater and u only see my upper body, but its a rough show of my before and after, lol.
