delicious chicken

spray pan w/ butter flavored pam

pour over chicken:
-packet good seasons italian dressing
-1 tbs sesame oil (i used avant's sesalean)
-balsamic vinegar

cover and pan fry. comes out tender and juicy w/ delicious flavor. YUM! does not taste diet friendly but it is!

also:

i have some marinading in:
-packet good seasons italian dressing
-1 tbs sesame oil (i used avant's sesalean)
-balsamic vinegar
-touch of red wine vinegar
-dijon mustard

gonna let it marinade for a few hours and i'll cook after work. i'll let you know how it tastes after sitting for hours and w/ the additional mustard and diff vinegar.

how do you like the Sesalean? I have a chance to swap something with a fella... worth it?

if you love that chicken recipe you will DIE for this: my fav chicken boobie concotion:

cut chicken breasts in bite size peices.
sprinkle with italian seasoning of choice (powder)
salt and peper
then POUR a jar of PICKLE JUICE (reg, dill or garlic, whichever you want). over chicken.
let marinate overnight.
then grill in non stick pan after drained next day.

so tender., so good.
