Are you ever amazed

Being one of those freaks myself, if I see another big guy doing wussy weights, I go over and work in with him. Then, I crush him on his sets and tell him he's wasting his time. (Especially when my rep count is about the same as his) At this point, sometimes I push them to go heavier, even though they can't touch what I'm doing.

There was a pussy at the gym last week who had 2 1/2 weights on the standing calf machine and I put on 8 45's on top of the stack just to embarass him to bump up his weight!! (I think he was a little intimidated.) Yes its rude, but it works!!

Yeah, the 8 45's were on top of the normal 400 lb plate stack. Did 8x. Strong as hell, but not as impressive as my monster thigh workouts! Will be sending links to my videos soon.
