Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Re: Are you ever amazed The worst thiong I've seen at one of my gyms was this retarded fat kid who was honestly about 300-320 but FAT! He was benching 225 for reps of 5 and was jumping up beating his chest yelling and swearing. "That's fucking right bitches, I'm the shit. I was locked up since I was 19, nobody fucked with me in the clink, they was scared of me" that's the shit hewas saying. He also used the word cunt a few times, don't remember why but a few of the female members were very offended. Then a guy I lift with who is like the quietest guy, very well mannered, etc... said to him "look you fat fuck, it's sad when you weigh a half ton and can only bench a little more than my wife at 40 can" . The kid looked like he was going to cry bench

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: Are you ever amazed I respectfully disagree...the way i see it, there is a direct correlation between musclular hypertrophy and heavy weight training.....at least that is the "fastest" way to gain muscle mass.....how many guys/girls have built huge shoulders using dumbell laterals and cable moves? I bet the guy that is smith pressing 300+ is going to have way better mass/overall development that the guy/girl doing marathon sets with 25lb lat raises or upright rows using a stick and some of those goddamn pilates rubber bands...but thats just my.02...... |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: Are you ever amazed and everything in flex magazine including the weider retard confusion principles must be true....dennis wolf lifted heavy ass weights for years and years and years before going to milos to "refine" his muscle and to get better seperation and muscle quality.....I do however agree with milos' supplementation during workouts.....go do a milos 10 set giant set....it takes the anerobic movement and makes it into an aerobic exersise.......you get a lot of muscle endurance and perhaps some size...definition is what he's going for from what i understand tho...... |

LMAO , yeh i've seen some guys act like that in the gym. They weigh like 300plds and are so cocky that they can bench like 50plds more than me... without proper form i might add. the other thing about gyms, the one i go to... Monday: I cant find a parking spot. Tuesday: I find me a spot and by friday its a fucking ghost town | |
