That's the problem with leg press and numbers. Too many different machines and styles, plus lots of folks will compromise range of motion to get more weight. Still, it's fun to move a pickup truck load of weight, even if cheating a bit. Anybody ever use an old timey vertical leg press? Haven't seen one in 15 years or more. They are much more difficult than any sled, even though the range of motion is shorter. I've done 1170 on one, plus whatever the rack itself weighs. Some of you older hardcores have done much more, I'm sure. That was long ago.....

855 for rack deads, 705 without straps yesterday
1200 (in plates) on 45° legpress to past 90° bend
535 to parallel squat
130lb db's on incline
and some nifty kickbacks with the pink dumbbells :icon_yes:

300 flat bench for 3 reps(before shoulder surgery) at about 230 pounds

it is at 45 degrees and i always bring my knees down to almost touching my chest
