Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Crosstrainer is a great program. It is what I use to keep up with calories, proteins, fat, etc. and it stores your exercises then calulates how much you burned. You can view the percentages for your diet (like 50/30/20) to see how far off you are and you can set goals to loose or gain weight and it keeps up with all of it. |
