Rep Power: 5 ![]() | water/carb intake manipulation been reading a lot about how to deplete your body of water and then carb it up to fill the muscles. To look good for a day out on the beach or something to that affect anyway, I was wondering what everybody thought about doing this My diet is pretty clean high protein/fat with low carbs around 50 a day keep my water intake super high until friday at 10:30am hit the sauna and sweat off a ton of water 45min-1hr then carb up with a few fruits like kiwis etc... just stuff that's high in sugar do not drink any water while at work(or as least as possible) take in some slower carb like oatmeal would this work to look pretty good by friday night at around 11pm? |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Re: water/carb intake manipulation Are you currently dieting? if not it won't really work.. most people depending on condition will carb deplete for 7 to 3 days... once they carb depleted they start adding carbs.. complex.. for the next few days... Cut water about 8-12 hours before going on stage.. then have some junk in the morning depending on the conditioning. In all honestly it depends on how depleted you start off at... if your not not depleted then you wont get full/fuller

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Re: water/carb intake manipulation To get that look you are going for it will take more than a day or so to acheive it. Water manipulation wont work if you arent in the right condition. Bodybuilding is a little harder than that. The regimen you listed in your first post is a quick/simplified way of doing it that wont work. Lets just say you did diet for 10+ weeks and the diet was legit with no cheat days. Without the right amount of muscle on a frame the look doesnt have that same wow factor |
