switching it up

im about 4 weeks into my "bread n butter" cycle ( deca, test ). just wanted some feedback to see what u think about this schedule. i have used it many time in the past in the rotation of different training routines.n im 30 yo male 5'10'' 210 lbs 10%bf. very good diet been lifting for 14 years, been using AAS for about 6 years

mon: chest/tri
tues: back/bi
wed: shoulders
thurs: legs
fri: bi's/ tri's


i do different excercises for bi's n tri's on fri.

thanks in advance, love the new changes to the site!

I do something close to that.
Mon -chest shoulders
Tues-back
Wed- off
Thurs-legs calves
Fri-bis & tris
Sat Sun -off

when i'm on a regular split i like to put shoulders with legs.......it saves you a day so you can rest up and hit it hard sooner.......

MY absolute best routine:
mon-chest/tri/lockout
tue-back/trap/neck
wed-bi's/tri's
thur-legs
fri-soulders/forearms

Next week:

mon- chest/bi's/lockouts
tue- back/traps/neck
wed- tri's/bi's
thur- legs
fri-delts (rear focus)/forearms

I was on cycle so overtraining wasn't a major concern. I grew super fast with this program. Usd it after i hit plateaus with my WSB routine

overtraining is a concern of mine. so i should be fine with 2 days of rest?

Just spread out your muscle groups and 2 days should be ok
