Re: Shoulder pain

Just my quick 2 cents,
Are you doing any rear delt work, if not, start. I never ever ever, did rear delt work, I started getting real bad shoulder pains on my left side after grappling one day, since then its a regular occurence. It started affecting my flat bench and my shoulder press.

Unrelated I started doing a Westside barbell shoulder routine, that included rear delt work, my shoulder is not quite as it should be, but its a good 80% better then it was, and getting better.
The routine was doing a main should press movement, then after this doing frontal raises, side raises and rear delt raises as one set 12-15 reps fro each movement for 2 sets.

Hope this helps.
