I FIND THE BEST WAY TO AVOID VOMIT/UPSET STOMACH IS TO WARM UP VERY SLOWLY, IF U EAT BIG BEFORE SQUAT OR DEADLIFT (WHICH YOU SHOULD) YOU WAITE AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE WARMING UP, AND TAKE EXTRA TIME WARMING UP.

haha. I remeber how sore my lower back was when I started. Just be careful. When I first started doing deads, I wanted to stack on the weight and all I got was injury. If these are new to you, just do like one 45 on each side for a couple of workouts. Form is so important with those. Go as light as you feel comfortable with screw what everyone else my think, chances are your the only one in your gym that does em anyway.

Yes. I always have my first meal about 1hour before I do my workouts.

Re: question on compound workouts

You may want to ask that question in the diet section. Personally I'm just going after whatever I can gain. I'm not even worried about cutting, at least not for a while. I have such a high metabolism that I could run off 4lb of fat in a couple of weeks of hard cardio. I bet your the same.

Re: question on compound workouts

i have had really crappy metabolism ever since i hit puberty, i've always had a pudgy midsection and it took me 8 months to get down to 12% b/f and that was also me exerimenting with different diets but i did cardio 4-6 times a week either running 4 miles or doing elliptical machine for 30 mins ..i will ask it in the diet forum though
