Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Paddeler routine I do kayaking and would like a spesific workout routine for paddelers. Can anyone help me please. It does not mean that i do not want to work on legs or other part. A friend of mine that also does body building is also a mountain biker and has a spesial cycling routine. Hook me up please. |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: Paddeler routine i am by no means an expert but i would say that you should cooncentrate on the movements that benefit your paddling the most ie back, arms, shoulders and your core......dont forget the legs either...... |
