Well I thought I would try something different and see if it works out. 3 exercises with a total of 3 sets of 8-12 reps for all (Forearms and Claves included except with only 2 exercises) Leg routines are different. Pyramiding weight for a total of 4 sets. (12, 9, 6, 3) Monday-Chest/Bis Wednesday-Hams/Delts (Anterior and Medial) Friday-Back (including Traps)/Tris Saturday-Quads/ Delts (Media and Posterior) Monday-Chest/Bis Workout 1 Incline DB bench or Incline BB Bench (switch each after each w.o.) DB hammer curls (sitting) Dips Reverse grip BB curls Decline flys Concentration curls Wrist curls and Ext. Workout 2 Flat DB bench or Flat BB Bench (switch each after each w.o.) Preacher curls (BB) Pullovers (DB) Two high arm cable curls Incline flys Incline DB curls Wrist curls and Ext. Wednesday-Hams/Delts (Anterior and Medial) Workout 1 SLD ss w/ seated curls DB military press Roman chair Lateral DB raises Lunges DB upright rows Seated leg curls Calves Standing and Seated Workout 2 SLD ss w/ seated curls Smith shoulder press Roman chair Cable Lateral raises Lunges BB upright rows Seated curls Calves Standing and Seated Friday-Back (including Trap)/Tris Workout 1 Deadlift Close grip bench Machine chin-ups 45 degree lying french press Close grip lat pull down Reverse grip tri pressdown DB Shrugs Wrist Curls and Ext. Workout 2 Deadlift Close grip bench Wide grip lat pull downs Tri Pressdown Close grip cable rows DB kickbacks BB Shrugs Wrist Curls and Ext. Saturday-Quads/Delts (Medial and Posterior) Workout 1 & 2 Leg extension Squats Lateral raises (DB or Cable) Hack squats ss w/ leg press 45 degree bent over lat raises Leg extensions Calves Standing and Seated Any changes that you think will help out this routine, are welcome with open arms lol.

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Re: New training routine... Joe are you super-setting chest with biceps,and back with triceps,etc. etc.??? If so you should stop.....these bodyparts are in no way related to each other, or in close proximity to each other. You would be much better off Super-Setting opposing bodyparts, such as chest & back,bi`s & tri`s,quads & hams, etc. etc. You want to keep the blood from the pump in the same areas.....or as close as possible anyway. If I`m misunderstanding your routine,I apologize in advance!! :) Happy holidays bro!!
