Re: New training routine...

It will work. Give it a couple of months and really evaluate it - size, strength, weight gain, etc. Keep a good training notebook,

Re: New training routine...

Just a comment. If you fatigue your hams on Wednesday with SLD then you might be a little sore (DOMS) for deads on Friday....

Re: New training routine...

Joe are you super-setting chest with biceps, and back with triceps, etc. etc.???

If so you should stop.....these bodyparts are in no way related to each other, or in close proximity to each other.

You would be much better off Super-Setting opposing bodyparts, such as chest & back,bi`s & tri`s,quads & hams, etc. etc.

You want to keep the blood from the pump in the same areas.....or as close as possible anyway.

If I`m misunderstanding your routine,I apologize in advance!! :)

Happy holidays bro!!
