are you looking for width or thickness??? cause if ur going for width do pull ups than ur deads, but for thickness deads first, t bars, than pull ups

i like the bicep excercises but not the order
go with this

barbell curls
dumbell curls
reverse
hammer, pyramid up to a really high weight for like 4 reps on ur last set, ur looking to move weight here not emphasis on ur form

thats how i've been doign em..i just wrote it quick..i wanted opinions on the excersizes not the orde r=P

but thanks bro..i do dumbell/barbell/rev/hammer

im going to try some seated hammer maybe even take out dumbell curl and try hammerstrength machine see how that goes...just play around

If you want pulling power, you GOTTA do deads first. If you're having trouble with the T-bar afterwards, lighten the load a bit and really focus on the squeeze. Or you could try doing rows on the day you bench - after all, the lats are the main stablilizer muscle in that movement so why not let it all recover at once. Deads stress everything but you should still recover.

you said you were getting back to the basics.. well 5 excersizes for bi's/tri's doesnt seem basic at all. and 3 pressing movements on one day for chest??? (inc. bench, flat bench, db press)

and i'm calling bullshit on your deadlift numbers. you didnt come close to curling 100lbs and you say you dead close to 400lbs??

your routine looks like you got it straight from flex or muscle mag.. so IMO it looks like shit.

:werd: cant argue there, lighter and squeeezing it is gonna add detail to the mass you'll develope from going crazy on the deads. COMPOUND = KING
