For the new year i want to switch things up and go on a new training split, my current split looks like this:

Monday- Chest, calves
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday- Quads, hams
Thursday-shoulders, calves
Friday- tri's, bi's

I've just started the doggcrap split, I've heard good things about it so far, so we'll see. It's a sticky at the top of this forum if you want to check into it.

With a 5 on 2 off split, if you really want to change do the dogcrapp split. 3 on 1 off is the split. It's working great for me. I did a 5 on 2 off split for years like you and dogcrapps is a nice change. Just read the sticky.

TF.......if ya flip-flop wed. and thurs. of your split u have mine to the tee.......about once a yr. I do switch to a push/pull/legs split for 6 wks. to keep me from getting bored with the same split......but next yr. I'll probably add the dogcrapp split also.

Bornbad, im thinking of doing hams and quads on different days as well as bi's and tri's on different days as well, im thinkin hams and tris, quads and calves, and bi's and calves since i do calves twice a week, what do you think?
