your also fairly new to lifting and on steroids. And Junk volume doesnt count. Anyways Im not arguing about it, its pretty basic stuff. just study the concept of proprioceptive demand.

I do both personally, i do my Low Volume-Higher Intensity until I plateau and then Volume and again until I plateau.......keep measurements, log book, BF and make sure you are not wasting your time in the gym. I am constantly changing up my routine because I get bored and being bored in the gym spells disaster......

Ive only been "on" for 6 weeks so its not the extra test in me......and I plateau'd with the volume stuff and then moved on and what I do now works....perhaps when I plateau again I shall change it up.....until then its loooow volume....

Yeah just see what works and doesnt work.....I know personally for me I get much better ewsults from 12-15 reps than I do from 4-6 but I still do the 4-6 for qa shock and then back to 12-15....also as I get older shit hurts more, bad shoulder, bad wrist.....getting older sucks!

well my rep ranges are 11-30 rest paused.....so I am not low rep by any means.......I think she has a narrow view and sounds ignorant when saying that high volume is the only way to gain mass......ya know what...i hit each bodypart twice a week with a balls out, murderous rest paused set that would make most ppl puke.....so dont talk about junk volume......i think junk volume is 25-30 Mindless sets of "different angles" to hit every little aspect of the muscle.......your way works for you...my way works for me...so there....im done with this volume typing...its become borderline cardio ;)

Whats ignorant is people talking about "what works for you" "what works for me" without any actual SCIENCE to back anything up. Its all just speculation and hit and miss bro logic. Junk volume is training without variation in speed, tempo, angles, ROM, or stability. If your not keeping your program alive then its junk.

and 1 more thing...i am not new to lifting...i have been lifting for over 15 years.....i just had a break due to family issues.....and im not trying to be rude....but i know the dc works because it is working.
