Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Muscle Meets Magnet I highly recommend the book "muscle meets magnet". We have been doing EMI for various lits for about 20 years now to see how muscle fiber is recruited doing various lifts. But unless you are a very avid reader, you will find one here, and one there. Muscle Meets Magnet has a good number of lifts in one book. It's downfall is that muscles like back, shoulders, and chest are not covered. Arms and legs are what the book discussed along with images that show the relative recruitment of various lifts. Iron Addict
