Question Looking to get Larger

I've been working out now for a good two years, probably not as good as i should be though. I have gained size, but i want to see more results. I don't want to take any illegal pills and what not, i want to reach my goal the right way. I work out about 5 times a week. I spread my workut like this
Monday: Chest and Abs
Tuesday:Shoulder and back
Wednesday Bi's and Tri's
Thurs:Chest and Abs
Fri-Shoulders and back
I'm 5'10 and i weigh about 155, I want to be atleast 170. Any tips would be helpful to get to what i want. Don't get me wrong, i eat so much, one of my largest friend gets extremely jealous of my metabolism. I'm really active playing basketball, soccer, and track. Any workout plans, eating styles, any thing for suggestion would be helpful!

I don't know how many cal's you take in a day? maybe 2800? up that well over 3k and trust me, you'll bulk.
No. He sad he wants to get bigger. All of us when were bulking are eating massive amounts of food. "clean" only goes when you are in contest prep or dieting/ cutting.

Not calories per say but protein. You must eat at least 1 1/2 to 2 times your body weight in protein to see gains. I eat 2 to 3 times.

Lift heavy weight and do some research on some of the methods we have outlined on this site.

Good luck broly.

Really? Your challenging me?

This just proves you dont know what the fuck your talking about.

I've been doing this for many years and one of my arms is probably the size of your head. And your going to stand up to me?

Lets focus--shall we? Eating lean is tremmendously expensive. Not eveyone has that kinda money over a period of several months and so on. So, if you can have low cost alternatives you take it. Secondly, is the ease factor. Your not gonna cook every single meal for yourself so there are times when you have to take what you can get. And thats ok.

If I could would I eat angus cuts of 90 percent lean all day? Yea. Realistic--no.

Keep these posts on topic of helping this broly.

So when you say 1 to 2 1/2 times your body weight of protein, how much protein is that for a guy that weighs 155 lbs? I Though that a person could only take in so much protein also because then your body starts using it as if it's carbohydrates, and then u end up shitting it out in the end..

So? Your body is going to "shit" out anything it does not need anyways---thats the point. Figure upwards of 300 grams of protein per day. What alot of us do is we supplement our meals with protein shakes. You can buy these---I make my own. My shakes vary between 50 and 100 grams of protein per shake. Remember to try and eat your carbs before and after a workout for energy and recovery. As far as using it "like carbs" either it is carbs or its not. Remember to about gylcogen levels and spiking. Try to avoid fast acting carbs.

As far as shakes--look in the section for best protein shakes. Really its based on taste for alot of people. I personally, when I dont make my own like natures best. isopure because it dissolves in anything nicely---I have yet to see anything better---alot of people like nlarge.
