Training Discussion Good info on Training and techniques

Looking For Advice in building a general workout plan/all advice good or bad welcome.

hi my names jeevan im a newbie to this site...
here it goes
Current Stats:
160 pounds
5'7
Workout Shcedule
For the last year its been
Almost Everyday So about 5/7 days a week

Stretching-> 5 mins General stretches..pushups

1.Dumbell Curls-> 40 pounds X1
->50 pounds X2

Bar Raise (Bicep) -> 140 pounds X1
-> 160 Pounds X2

Triceps -> 100 Pounds X3

2.Chest
Bench
->140 pounds X3
Inverted Bench
-> 100 Pounds X3
3. Neck
160 Pounds x3 Times (stopped doing it about 2 weeks ago cause i though tmy neck looked to big)

4.Abs
-> Crunches on Ball 20 X3(sets)
-> The excerises where you sit at the edge of the bench extent your feet out and bring them back in 20 X3(sets)
Leg Raised Crunches 20 X3(sets)

Diet
To be honest no sheduled diet i just eat whatever my mom makes at home

Supplements
Whey mass protien 1 Cup a day If im lucky
otherwise i forget

I know i have a lot to work on..i was wondering if i could get any advice if anyone is willing to give me some i know theres lots of experienced people on this site.
The look that im trying to acheive is a very Strong upper body and very nice cut abs a 6 or 8 pack would be my dream. I have started to noticed my abs splitting i have strong definition in my top two abs but the rest need lots of work any suggestions?

What about back or shoulders...and don't forget legs!? If you keep up the same schedule you will be very lopsided.

Workout less...3 days a week. Try back and shoulders one day, chest, tris and bis another day, and legs for the third day. Make your first exercises the heaviest and rest 3 to 5 minutes between each set.
