Re: Leg Workout

I did an awesome leg workout tonight........my quads are so friggin tight right now......and getting stiffer every time I move them......it went like this....

Superset 1:
Hack Squats 5 x 4 wide stance(as heavy as possible)
LegPress 5 x 10 close stance (heavy as possible)

Superset 2:
Leg Ext. 5 x 15,12,12,10,10(add weight each set)
Squats 5 x 8-6(heavy as possible)

LegPress 4 x 20(5 full reps, 5 lowerhalf reps, five tophalf reps, 5 full reps=20)

Leg Ext. 2 x max(double drop sets)

Give it a try........it will shock the shit out of your quads.......I only hit quads tonight......will do hams/calves tomorrow.

MY hams are a little tight, but not sore.........my quads feel like friggin jello......there not to sore yet....but def stiff.........I can see already it is going to cause alittle problem on seated and lying leg curls(quads are alittle tender to the touch).....tomorrow my quads will be sore as hell.......I just works that way for me for some reason.
