Rep Power: 11 ![]() | Re: Leg Workout I did an awesome leg workout tonight........my quads are so friggin tight right now......and getting stiffer every time I move them......it went like this.... Superset 1: Hack Squats 5 x 4 wide stance(as heavy as possible) LegPress 5 x 10 close stance (heavy as possible) Superset 2: Leg Ext. 5 x 15,12,12,10,10(add weight each set) Squats 5 x 8-6(heavy as possible) LegPress 4 x 20(5 full reps, 5 lowerhalf reps, five tophalf reps, 5 full reps=20) Leg Ext. 2 x max(double drop sets) Give it a try........it will shock the shit out of your quads.......I only hit quads tonight......will do hams/calves tomorrow.

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Re: Leg Workout see, how in the hell could you do that workout and then do hams the next day? in the thread I started about being sore that leg workout I did on monday got cut short so didnt even do hams and they were killing me till thurs. |

ya it hurts to do seated curls when your quads hurt.... but thats THE IRON GAME :D (promo-add) I can see it now! :D
