About half of the people who use it dont get any results from it because their digestive system destroys it before it can be absorbed. You would be better off paying close attention to your foods and natural protien sources. As for the chest, the shape of a muscle is genetic, you can help it a little by doing incline work for the chest. |

If you are gonna use creatine I would suggest a CEE - creatine ethyl ester it has less problems on the absorbtion end- 4grams per serv I like one before training and one after. Upper cable flies- standing with single cable handles bring your hands up and in front of you as if you were doing an uppercut with both hands at one time- squeeze- it works the whole chest with a bit more emphasis under the chin so to speak. |

It decreases the amount of lactic acid build up in the muscle, increases pumps, as well as a couple other things. Taurine is usually found in energy drink but it works well w/ creatine because they both increase water uptake by the muscle cells. Add dips in if your not already and lean waay forward while you do them. Helps hit inner chest as well as tri's. Chest exercises look ok but be careful going to heavy on flat barbell presses so you don't screw up your shoulders. |

As far as your chest bro the inner portion of the chest is hit with various techniques but it isnt a seperate muscle of its own. Contracting the muscle at the top of a movement works best for me. |
