Rep Power: 0 ![]() | How to wrap your knees I've had a nice pair of knee wraps for more than a year and never use them because each time I do it doesn't feel like I'm wrapping them correctly. Can anyone give me some advice as to how they wrap for squats and deads? Thx |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: How to wrap your knees Good question, I was wondering myself even though I've been using wraps on and off for 20yrs or so.It seems that I wrap them too tight(cuts off circulation quickly ) or my knees hurt like hell if I dont for days after heavy squatting. |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: How to wrap your knees wrap them tight.....thats my ritual for squatting.....sit on a bench and wrap em up tight...then hop up and hobble into the rack and bust em out......by the time im done with my set my lower legs are almost tingling from lack of blood...... |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Re: How to wrap your knees wrap them with your leg strait, not bent. Some guys sit on the bench and have their foot on the floor with their knee bent, then wrap. Wrap while strait. I double it. Twice over, twice under, etc... Not so tight that your feet and toes go numb but tight enough that they're comfortable
