hey was wondering which gym ya'll train at...dunno if this threads been dun b4...well me first

Dorian Yates', Temple Gym, Birmingham U.k

Any gym with lots of Iron to be slung!

You just wanted to put up the fact you're at Yates' place, mate, don't deny it :D

I'm at Empire in BK. I love a place where the freeweight area is double the size of the machines. And even the machines are mostly Hammer Strength, you still have to move your lazy ass to load plates.

the best gym i ever trained at was Bev Francis Gold's gym in Syosset New York. the leg room was the equal to most gyms! and across the gym was a chinese joint that had a healthy menu using brown rice and a light broth instead of the way that most places make it for the typical fat ass american with msg and a ton of fat!

Lifetime Fitness, Centreville VA, this place is monsterous and the price per month shows

24hr Fitness have the ability to go to any 24hr to workout and with travel it comes in handy.
Just need one in Texarkana but Legends is good little gym.
