I PUMP FROM 10pm TILL 11:15pm THEN I REPLACE MY LOST CARBS-PROTEINS WITH 3 APPLES, 1BANNAN.45gr PROTEIN AND SOMETIMES I'LL HAVE A CHICKEN BREAST WITH A GLASS OF FRESH OJ.AN HOUR LATER I GO TO BED. .....IS THIS OK?THEY SAY EATING AND GOING TO SLEEP GETS YOU FAT |

| Senior Member ![]() | i always drink a shake before bed b/c keeps you out of catabolic state. i think when "they" say that they are referring to people who eat "crap" right before bed. like refined carbs, sugar, chips...u get my point. what i do is work out. drink a shake immed after. wait 45 min to an hour then have a meal w/ carbs and protein. but my goals may be different from yours.
