| Re: Dogcrap info Much has been said recently about Dogcrap. Several folks have had different questions concerning his training, and some of his followers have answered. Who uses his method? What kind of results have you gotten (size & strength gain...support with numbers)? |

| Member ![]() | Re: Dogcrap info I've been using it for about 3 months now. Seeing great results, especially in the strength area. Leg press up 200lbs, bench up 75lbs, squat up 80lbs, shoulder press up 60lbs. Love using this method :D . Hate explaining it <_< . lol

| Re: Dogcrap info I havn't been using it as long as German but my stats have sky rocketed. I'm keeping a log which I'll share once I get done bulking if you want. It's awesome to see the increases from week to week.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: Dogcrap info german, how many warm ups are you in need uf before you do the work set? that was only part that had me wondering. I never really feel the need to warm up. When i warm up it seems like i loose the edge during my workout. On the push/pull split i have i run 3 different excer. per part but i am only doing a warm up on the first and only doing 2 set for all the rest. and i am growning to fast. Starting to stretch out my chest and shoulders again. |

Leg press Set 1 - 270 for 15 reps Set 2 - 360 for 12 reps Set 3 - 450 for 10 reps Set 4 - 630 for 8 reps Set 5 - 900 for 8, then 5, then 5 reps, or until failure Think of it this way. If I can rep out at 900 lbs then all of the other weights should be nothing more than a warm up. You have to modify your own routine and weights so that you're not burned out when you get to the last set, but you're also have to be warmed up. It takes about 2 cycles through the rotation before you find out where that is. I suggest keeping a meticulous log of weights, reps, and exercises, to make this work.
