Creatine Question

if i started using creatine in august would i be able to bench 225 at least 6 times from a 195 max bench press? and how much would i expect to increase my squat? and how much muscle mass can i pull off with added glutamine. thanx

There really is no answer to this question. It all depends on how hard your willing to work. If you use a good strength training cycle, like pyramids, you might increase your bench that much without it. People seem to forget that creatine hits the fast twitch muscle fibers which is why 80% of all Olympic Athletes use creatine. All creatine really does is make your muscles swell up with water, so when lifting, the muscles don't have to contract quite so far to finish their movement. Glutamine helps in the recovery and preservation of muscle tissue. It is also reported to increase growth hormones by 300%. Glutamine is my favorite supplement because it helps me to cut fat without losing much muscle mass. Since Glutamine helps you recover; if you lift heavy and push your max, you will undoubtly get bigger with it than without it.
